With this question, I started my journey to know the facts behind the weight loss in 3 days.
In my journey, I found some interesting and Dangerous facts.
Before I am going to discuss that I want to say one thing.
Overweight is the condition which came because of lifestyle without exercises, proper diet, and some medical issues.

It is not the condition where you have to shame off you, just do exercises and follow a proper diet to make yourself healthy and happy.

I am saying this because a lot of people want to lose weight fast for someone’s wedding, college functions etc., It is a great thing if you want to look beautiful or handsome, but trying to achieve your slim and leaner body within a short time will result in health problems.

There are two types of Weight loss.
Fast Weight loss:

Fast Weight loss is the process of burning excess fat from the body by over exercising and provide low calories diet( 800 calories per day).
2500-800= 1700 calories deficit per day
1700*7 = 11900 calories deficit per week
Which results in ( 11900/ 3500 =3.5) 3.5 kg weight loss per week.
You can achieve your weight loss goal but you cannot maintain your weight for the long term and will face health problems like vitamin deficiency, Gallstone etc., I will discuss health problems due to fast weight loss later in this article.

Slow Weight loss

What is Slow Weight loss?
Slow Weight loss is the process of burning your unwanted body fat by removing unhealthy foods from your diet, making healthy eating habits and doing exercises based on your body capacity.
Ex: If you are a person with 90 Kgs weight and height of 5 feet 6 inches, your ideal weight is 60 Kgs and you need to burn 30 kgs fast.
Normally average man needs 2500 calories and woman need 2000 calories to maintain your body.
Losing 1-2 pounds( 0.5-1 kg) per week body weight is considered healthy weight loss and termed as Slow weight loss.

You can lose 0.5 - 1 kg body weight by constraining your daily calories intake to 2000 calories with a proper healthy diet with rich nutrition.

One Kg Fat = 500 calories.

By creating 500 calories deficient, you can trigger your body to burn excessive fat for its daily calories needs.

By doing this for one week, you can burn 3500 calories which are equal to one kg of body weight.

Let will take nearly 8- 10 months to lose 30 kgs weight.

But you can maintain your slim and fit body which you achieve with slow-paced Weight loss process.
